
The Meditation Classes with Gabriela

Duration of the lesson:
Minimum 1 semester, afterwards you decide how long you would like to continue to be supported and the frequency can then be adjusted to every 14 days or monthly.
Form of instruction:
Private lessons live online via Zoom or alternatively via video call. The lessons take place online so that you can meditate in your own undisturbed space.

The reason for this is that Gabriela teaches something genuine; the exercises are merely a fraction of a greater whole, of which Gabriela is fully aware. Gabriela was initiated into these exercises by an realized Indian guru and is empowered to teach them because she is deeply rooted in this awareness and its original traditions.
